Bayer

This collection showcases large-scale Bayer projects I’ve contributed to during my 10+ years at Paradowski Creative. When I say large, I mean there’s no way I could have tackled them alone. Each project represents a collaborative effort, from concept to execution, with a team of incredible creatives.
I’ve listed my specific role in each to highlight my contributions within these expansive projects.
Sustain Abilities
A series of 100 digital “cards” tell short stories of Bayer pursuits, inspiring innovations and lesser-known facts in humanity’s march toward a better tomorrow. Every card is powerful in its own right, yet the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. Audiences bridging through dozens of cards accumulate a greater appreciation of true sustainability and an overwhelming optimism for the future.

Climate FieldView Drive 2.0
The FieldView Drive 2.0, a data collection tool for farmers, was the first new hardware product released by Climate FieldView, Bayer Crop Science’s digital software, in nearly eight years—making it a significant milestone. With such a large release coming to the market, there was a need to build excitement and anticipation among farmers ahead of the launch. The video aimed to tease the release and re-engage the user base with a story about fresh innovation after a long gap in hardware launches.

Crop Science Innovation Summit
An Immersive Look at the Future of Farming
Bayer clearly had a vision for the future of agriculture. So, we simply needed to give that vision to their audiences. Literally. We turned the clock forward to 2033, and took investors and media on a tour around the globe, visiting farms of the future to show them how transformative technologies like BioTech, Breeding, Molecules, Microbes and Digital will work together to transform the way farmers grow, and revolutionize the way the world feeds itself.
Our immersive stage design followed along with the speakers’ stories, visually emphasizing the importance of Bayer’s work.

Produce Power
The United Nations declared 2021 International Year of Fruits and Vegetables.
This concept uses 3D infographics to tell the story of fruits and vegetables in action. At the heart is a piece of produce, surrounded by illustrated elements like workers, consumers, and shipping routes, showcasing how these colorful foods impact our bodies, cultures, food systems, and sustainability. As one of the world’s largest produce seed makers, Bayer uses this approach to highlight innovations, reduce waste, and celebrate the beauty and diversity of produce. Originally inspired by the UN’s International Year of Fruits and Vegetables, the assets were designed for education and entertainment and repurposed across channels to maximize engagement.
